To believe in Jesus Christ is to believe in the Resurrection and to believe that eternal life is offered to us freely if we would follow Him. How often do we doubt? How often do we think that He healed others but will not heal us? Although we are so often unfaithful to Him, He is always faithful to us. Throughout the Gospel, we are reminded of this again and again. He proves to us time and time again that if we ask in faith we shall receive. But when we ask are we prepared for what He will give us?

One of the greatest petitionary prayers we can offer each day is that God may grant us greater faith, hope, and love. He will indeed grant us these things, but we must be prepared for how our lives will change and how we will be more conformed to Him. Are we ready?
